When I bought the my pre-owned ultra limited back in June. It went so smooth, the whole team was an amazing group of people to work with during the process. Since then I have been back to purchase upgrades and yet again they are very professional yet treat you like family. I will be back to by all of my bikes through RayC's. They are not like any of the other dealerships!

The Ride Now in Austin Texas actually sold a Spyder out from under us we had a pre approved loan and insurance and they sold it to a local lady...grr then every other dealership would not take a deposit and a pre-approved loan we live in MI and they were all over the us which to us that is crazy!!!! Troy was good with the follow-up service after having motor upgrades & keeping me in the loop about seat upgrade that required back ordered parts.

Just pick up my SGS after getting new tires and 10k maintenance; what a down to earth group of Service personnel Matt, Troy, James and Jerry are when discussing bikes! They really listen to you and provide excellent guidance. I drive 30 miles out of my way just to have them service my bike. Thanks to all Rays C staff for making each trip a remarkable one.

I used the Express Lane to have my oil changed. I asked if I should change my other fluids while I am there. Instead of just taking my money it was explained to me that the other fluids didn't need to be done yet. I was very impressed by the honesty and will continue to use Ray C's for my Harley needs. Top notch experience. Terry Carroll was actually our salesman. contact was also made with Ray Sr. and others. All worked as a team to provide the best possible experience. We looked at mboth new and pre-owned Tri Glides and settled on a late model used machine. I had finally decided to purchase a mule pro FXT for work and play around my farm. Since I had a great experience at RayC's Harley Davidson, I decided to keep my business in the RayC family. I have visited the clothing department twice since I purchased my FreeWheeler from Jodi. I was in on Saturday waiting for an oil change and to get a wash when I decided to check out some clothes and Ginger helped me out. She is a real asset to Ray C's. I had fun talking to Ray about that Blue, flaked, Apes, softail, 4 sale by the Lapeer Sheriff's Dept. We laughed about the seize of that bike. 1st visit to the new store. Rode from Lake Orion on my vintage 1990 Xl Sportster. I'm 66, and ride every Sunday, anywhere north of Pontiac. I was on a mission to get a Street Glide sew on emblem for my work associate. I work near Metro Airport, and never ride there anymore, Telrgraph texters are F-----!!! This guy was so excited that I got his patch at Ray C's. He couldn't believe my old ass rode that far for that. Hey, was a ride with a cause, and the best this summer. I am going to makevRay C's my goto from now on, the ride is nice and NORTH. Who needs the hassel of Waterford traffic at A B C. Hats off too that little Ginger, was more than nice. Will be back. Bought some shoes. Ginger recommended sox. I wasn't really all that interested. She told me to try on a pair, no hassle. Just try em cuz she thought I'd really like em. Bought two pair and my group bought a total of 6 pair. The extra suggestion and trial made my feet happy. I threw away my old socks on spot. Ginger is a keeper!

I live in Sterling Heights and Wolverine HD is much closer but I have purchased both my bikes from Ray C's. bought the Pit Pass and look forward to the ride to Ray C's for all my service needs.

On the road battery died on the bike. The great guys in parts went over and above to get us on the road. Even with it being the end of the day.

I have been treated very good by the service dept. Work has been done quickly and without problems. The advice is always good. Recently I went in to buy a battery on a Saturday. Mark was swamped, still everything went smoothly.

I am sorry, do not remember the Service person's name, but he was excellent. While I was walking in, he saw me and picked the right battery and had the new one ready to go... I was a nice surprise ... The original battery lasted 10 years, so, picked up a another HD made in the USA battery... All the associates in the store were warm and friendly...

The clothing department was excellent, although the parts department was was not that knowledgeable regarding the the seats for the bikes. I asked if HD makes leather seats n the salesperson said no they are all vinyl,so i walked him up to the street glide with the leather seat n he knew all about it ,price ,parts that i would to get. After asking him twice if HD makes leather seats. Little confused or he maybe just forgot.

Went to Ray C Harley while on a nine day trip with my wife. We needed some parts for our bike and they fixed us up quickly and hours back on the road.

I saw on line a 09 Honda big red - I called and I was put to chuck - we talked - I went and looked at - we talked again - we did paper work - and now I own a 2009 Honda big red muv700/utv. He was great all the way around - was just like family when I was there and was even asked by other employees there if I needed help or was helped - and when I said yes and by who - it was all good.. I have been there many times to buy and to look and never had a problem with anything - great place to be. My daughter even wants a job there when she gets old enough..

The ladies in the clothing area are always helpful and super friendly. My motorcycles are always serviced there, that has always been a positive experience. We had a good experience but when we got home I noticed I was over charged on a pair of clear glasses. They were regular price19.00 and marked down to $10.00. We got charged regular priced was disappointed in that. We are working up here and will be for the next couple of years. Don't know if we will be back.

Every time we have come into Ray C's we have been welcomed with smiles, greetings, and handshakes. We live closer to 2 other dealerships but enjoy the people much more!! Of course the ride is a plus! The ladies in the clothing area are absolutely the best!! They have a great sense of humor and are so very friendly! The salesmen take the time to chat and ask about the bike we purchased, are we enjoying it, where have we ridden it, do we have plans to customize it any more, what's next? It is awesome to visit and plan to continue to visiting and spending money at Ray C's....you are the best!!

My husband brought me in to buy my birthday/anniversary present. Love the new bike!! Had a few issues with the sale but nothing major. My salesman was only on the job 5 days and learning so we took that into account. We have bought our last 3 bikes from Ray C's and will buy our next ones from there.

This was the first time I had taken my bike to the new location. All I can say is WOW. Everyone was exceptional. I had been told by another dealership that I needed a new rear tire and brakes but figured I would wait until I could take it here. Glad I waited because Ray C's guys checked the brakes and said they were still good, no need to replace at this time. Even the cost of the tire was cheaper than the other dealership. I dropped it off around closing and was surprised when they called me around noon the next day saying it was ready and washed for me. Fantasic crew, fantastic new location. Very pleased with how they treated me. Even the woman inside where I purchased an item was great and friendly. Just a great experience overall.

I just bought a 2014 limited, I stopped in on Friday and spoke with Scott and told him what I was looking for. I came in on Saturday and Scott said he had what I was looking for. With a lot of patience and a small support group for my wife I was driving out on my limited in less than an hour!

I took my 2014 flhx to have a updated ecl loaded into my radio. I pulled up to the service dept in the morning and they opened the door for me. Drove in and they had my radio updated and ready to go in about 10 minutes. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Thank you

This rating is for Matt as a manager of service but it really is for the whole service team. From the performance seminar that was put on which guided me to build for how i ride not just for numbers. To the pick up and delivery personnel that handled my bike like was there's and was very conscious of my schedule. The service write up team who was very professional and courteous every time I called and visited the dealer. I live closer to another dealer but RayC's is my dealer dealer of choice, worth the extra time it takes for me to get there.

The lady spent the extra time with me to help me choose the correct riding jacket, and even after the sale all the girls spoke with my wife and I about her riding and safety courses, completely satisfied with everyone.

Ginger is amazing, my first visit I thought the store was open later than they were. Instead of telling me they were closing Ginger stayed about an hour after they closed and helped me pick out clothing, gave me a list of things to get for riding (i'm a beginner) and she was happy to do it, never once did I feel rushed. She went above and beyond to order the items that I was looking for and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will continue to deal with Ginger in the future. Awesome experiences every time I have been in the store.

Ginger is quite the sales lady. I was just looking at chaps and a vest. Walked out with a $600 deficit on my credit card, but a smile on my face and a pair of chaps and a vest. I have had a great experience with sales/parts but with the service dept. I brought my 2015 Skidoo in for service 9twice rom Grand Blanc) and it wasn't the best experience. I had to have the right side panel replaced under a warranty issue and all then all the parts didn't arrive with the panel (foam insulation) . I was told they would mail it to me and I could have installed myself. Never received the foam insulation.

Check out the floor when you're in there....oh the animals too but you'd never know the floor is cement. My husband struck up a conversation with someone near the parts department that was 'of similar age'. They swapped stories about their racing, hunting....you know how it goes. He even knew some of the people from Ionia. Little did we realize we were talking to the owner. Thanks for a fun afternoon!

Great Place.

I have been coming to Ray C's for many years now. Ginger has always been fab at assisting with clothing selections and merchandise specials. One time she missed offering a promo item, and we contacted her to discuss. She went out of her way on a Sunday afternoon to meet us with the plaque when we passing back thru Lapeer.

I've had my Harley in for several scheduled services and it has been very nice to deal with the service department. Not everything has gone to plan, but name one thing in life that does. When things didn't go as expected, the service department people stepped up and made it right. My Harley has always came out of the service department in top notch condition. I'll never let anyone else touch my bike.

Brought in my Sporty 'cause I'd burned up the plates drag racing. I must of mentioned this because Matt says, Hey, we have an SE clutch kit layin' around. You interested? So I say, Yeah, stuff it in there I beat on that clutch for another year on the track and on the street before I sold the bike, and it felt as good the day I sold it as the day they put it in. Thanks, Matt!

Very impressed with the service and friendly atmosphere and will be back to shop more that I have a better understanding of available memorabilia. My husband was browsing the showroom while I shopped for gifts and he engaged in conversation with a knowledgeable employee. Great and friendly approach without feeling pressured to buy. Appreciated being educated on legends and look forward to more store designed merchandise for Lapeer store.

I went to Ray C's Harley Davidson to look at the bikes. They gave me a better price on a new bike than the other place on a two year old bike. So, I bought it. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They got the accessories I wanted and installed them quickly and for free. They make you feel like you and your Harley Davidson matter. Mark did a great job finding a new set of stretched bags for my new ultra limited.

Stopped in for some last minute gift shopping and had a great experience plus a quick check out. I can't remember the salesperson who helped me, but she was very knowledgeable and steered me into the right choices.

I've purchased everything from leathers, jeans, shirts, boots, and accessories and the girls in your clothing department are fabulous! They see me coming and know I'm incapable of just looking and always make sure I can find the right size in whatever catches my eye and if you don't have the right size they never fail to find something in my size that I love or order just what I want. Also, we were very happy with Terry when he sold us our bike.

I just changed the oil filter in my mile for the first time. The owners Manuel was useless and whoever designed the mule should be hung by their toes until death. Having to dissemble the back seat was a huge pain in the back side!

Very nice dealership and the service in the clothing area was outstanding

I have purchased several parts and accessories recently and as always, going back many years, it has been exceptional. I had tires mounted on rims and the service guys did it for me immediately to help out since it was difficult for me to get back to pick them up when I needed them. Again....exceptional. I got a price from service to tweak my bike for replacement mufflers and was extremely shocked that the cost would be $380 for this service. Then another $490 for a tuner.$870. + tax to tweak for a muffler change? This is the very first and only time I have ever been disappointed at Ray C's.

Ray C's found the bike I wanted which no other dealer I'd been to could.

The whole experience at Ray Cs was pleasant. When purchasing my new bike, they gave me the best trade in for my old bike, gave me the lowest price on the model I purchased, and got me the lowest interest rate for my loan. What more can you ask for? They have the most efficient service department. Same day scheduled maintenance (while you wait). They even give you a coupon for a free meal while they work on your bike! Always got a honest answer on any mechanical concerns I had. The whole crew is very orientated to customer satisfaction. Best dealership I've ever dealt with.

Bill was attentive to previous customer on the phone , was honest up front, about parts and labor. The rough estimate of time to complete was a little off, but there was a Holiday in the mix and I feel that he did me justice at the end! The bike runs, sounds and rides just as he said it would!

We purchased several hundreds of dollars of clothing for Christmas Gifts last year (2015). Typically excellent service at the parts counter. When you moved to the new building, one of the young new guys was definitely NOT with the program. I understood the catalog better than he. I get it, i was patiant and helped him through it. I suggest having a mentor closer to the newbies for the folks with lesser patients. Other than that, staff is always well behaved and thoughtful.
